By using SolWall, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any local laws and regulations that apply to your use of blockchain-based payment systems.

3. Fees and Revenue Sharing

SolWall applies a 0.6% transaction fee on all payments processed through our platform, with 0.5% distributed to SolWall token holders and 0.1% dedicated to token buybacks and burns. These terms ensure cost-effective services while supporting the SolWall community.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for managing their accounts, wallets, and private keys associated with their SolWall activities. SolWall cannot retrieve lost private keys, so please ensure the security of your account credentials.

5. Payment Processing

All payments processed through SolWall are final and irreversible. We utilize the Solana blockchain to confirm transactions, providing transparency and speed. Once confirmed, transactions cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Data Security

We prioritize the security of your data by utilizing blockchain technology, ensuring tamper-proof transaction records. However, SolWall is not liable for any losses due to unauthorized access to your digital assets or private information.

7. Modifications to the Service

SolWall reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or our official website.
